    preorders are advance purchases for items that are currently not in stock but will be in the future. by placing a preorder, you secure your item before it becomes available to the general public.
  • No Refund Policy:
    all sales are final. we do not offer refunds for any purchases, including preorders unless the item you receive is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item you ordered when received.
    • items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Shipping Policy
    order type: be aware that orders may fall into two categories: pre-orders or pre-made

    • pre-orders: if your order includes pre-order items, please note that these items are not yet in stock and will have to undergo production before we can ship them out. the estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be clearly stated in the product description.
    • pre-made items: orders containing pre-made items will be processed and shipped promptly, typically 1-2 weeks.
